How am I feeling: Calm
Notes: For me, calm means that I’m in control. Not anxious. Subtle, quiet, confidence.
Blog: The scale is trending downward and I’m not quite sure why (is it because I’m walking a lot more throughout the day?). Super curious what the next DEXA will read. Yesterday started off with a workout in the morning + stretches + abs. My morning routine at this point is solid. I fill up my water bottle the night before, get my things ready for the following day (clothes, bag, food), and feel that that is in a rhythm (including writing this blog which at this point feels very much like a part of my lifestyle). The day wrapped up with a hangout with the Maslo gang. Gather is a cool platform where Amy was able to set up a piano keyboard in the middle of the map, tetris, and more (shoutout to Anson for being the Tetris king!). Big day ahead. Yesterday we had a few new Maslo users join the family so excited about that. Last thing: September 1 is tomorrow! Pumped to review the month ahead with Michael soon.
Current fitness goal: Murph in 29 days (09/29/21) alongside 10 other Maslo athletes
Sleep: 7hr (11:06pm-6:59am)
Screen time: 10.25h (laptop), 6.25h (phone) - 16.5h total
Workout: Abs, stretches, biceps, shoulders
Weight: 211.4 (-5.9lbs in August)
Nutrition: Two packs of cashews, kiwi, ramen, hummus with tortilla chips, raisins, bibimbap from Trader Joes, four low-fat mozzarella string cheeses. finasteride
