How am I feeling: Energized! Yesterday I felt out of it throughout the day + headache.
Notes: I felt weak throughout most of the day and took a nap at around 5pm for 30min.
Blog: I’m typing today’s post from my cousin Hessam’s apartment in Chicago. Here for a few days to celebrate coach Payam’s 30th birthday. Tomorrow morning I’ll be going on a run alongside a few Maslo users and Philip who is our technical advisor (we formerly worked together at my previous company!). Philip booked me a spot at his WeWork for today and tomorrow. Between Philip’s kind gesture and Payam surprising me with a fruit smoothie at my gate, as well as my dad waking up to be there when I left for the airport, it’s been a blessed morning. First time in Chicago!

Screen time: 8.25h (laptop), 2.25h (phone) - 10.5h total
Workout: Recovery
Weight: 219.4 (-6.6lbs in July) (+2.2 since yesterday)
Nutrition: Ate a bit of everything. I don’t even know what I ate…mozzarella cheese with sweet bread, a bunch of fruit and veggies, ice cream. Lunch was boiled fava beans (which was super tasty). Eating window was 12pm-8pm.
